Disconnected

Apologies for the extended absence: been a bit disconnected from everything lately…

Some of it’s that I’ve been struggling like crazy to find the motivation to finish the essay I’ve been doing on ‘Viable Services Model’ for the itSMF Best Practices Yearbook, to be published by Van Haren somewhen in April. Let’s just say it’s just three days to go till the final deadline, and it ain’t going well? 🙁 I’ll get there somehow, no doubt, but quite how I don’t yet know. Hey ho.

And, uh, Christmas – what was that? Haven’t even started sending out my Christmas letters yet… at this rate I’ll be lucky to get any of ’em out before Twelfth Night! But yes, I will keep in touch – I promise.

More later – right now, back to the itSMF grindstone…
