Tetradian
This weblog is also the ‘business-weblog’ for Tetradian.com, my consultancy on enterprise-architecture, knowledge-management and the like.
In a previous incarnation with a different business-partner, Tetradian was also known as Soul Dynamics. And in some ways that name still sort-of makes sense, because a large part of my business work is about finding ways to describe and understand and work with the organisation’s ‘soul’ – the dynamic integration of the organisation’s purpose, people, preparation, practice and performance.
These days, though, I’d put more emphasis on organisational structure, models and diagnostics – tools such as the SEMPER framework and the power-model that underlies so much of my work on organisational effectiveness. Go see the website to find out more, perhaps?
