About

This weblog provides a place to collate various ramblings across my somewhat eclectic range of interests.

Most of what happens here these days tends to be about the professional side: mainly ‘work in progress’ pieces on idea-development and methods-development for various forms of enterprise-architecture – including organisational structure, service-architecture, business-architecture, business-models and some aspects of IT-architecture – and also large-scale social change from an enterprise-architecture perspective.

There’s also a fair bit about related themes such as complexity practice, futures practice, power / responsibility in organisations and in society, the role of the generalist.

I have a historical interest in archaeology, geomancy, wyrd and ‘chaos-magic’ in general, and much more besides, so you’ll find occasional items on those themes too, including my personal experiences as ‘the Outsider’.
